In a shocking incident on Ganghwa Island in South Korea, a man, known only as A, had his genitals severed in a vicious knife attack by his wife. The assault, driven by jealousy over suspected infidelity, occurred while the victim was asleep in a cafe where he had been drinking alone. The woman’s son-in-law assisted in restraining the victim during the brutal assault, which resulted in the man sustaining life-altering injuries.
