During the conversation released recently, Jake recounted receiving a distressing call from his sister, Romy, who first made the heartbreaking discovery at their home. The shock of losing his father and the uncertainty surrounding his mother’s whereabouts left him reeling.

Nick was formally charged with two counts of first-degree murder on July 20 in connection with the deaths of his renowned filmmaker and activist father, Rob Reiner, and his mother, Michele, a photographer and producer.
