Smart Support automatically monitors broadband performance and promptly assists customers facing speed or connection issues. Users receive immediate suggestions to resolve problems, aiming to prevent disruptions during activities like streaming or remote work.
Moreover, Virgin Media can remotely perform updates or repairs overnight to avoid disturbing households during the day. If necessary, the service can recommend WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades for enhanced whole-home coverage and even schedule engineer visits at no extra charge for more severe issues.
