The upcoming launch of the second season of Call of Duty Black Ops 7 is just around the corner, set to be available on all platforms in a few hours. This new season will introduce a plethora of fresh maps for multiplayer mode, along with additional content for Endgame and Zombies.

Season 2 is scheduled for a simultaneous global release, ensuring that all players will have access to the new content at the same time. The launch time for Season 2 of Black Ops 7 is at 5pm GMT on February 5, 2026.

Players need to ensure they have downloaded the update before they can enjoy the new content. PC players using Battle.net can already preload the patch, which weighs in at a substantial 41GB. However, Steam users, as well as players on PlayStation and Xbox, will have to wait until the patch becomes available at 5pm to initiate the download. The download size for these platforms is expected to be around 40GB.

Every game mode in Black Ops 7 will receive exciting updates in this season. Multiplayer mode will see the addition of four new maps, one of which is the returning classic ‘Slums.’ Additionally, four new weapons will be introduced to the arsenal.

In multiplayer, a new mode named Safeguard will be introduced, where players must escort a robot across the map. Ranked Play will also be implemented, allowing players to compete and climb the competitive leaderboards.

Zombies mode will feature a new survival map set on Mars, along with two new modes titled ‘Cursed Survival’ and ‘Starting Room.’ For fans of the Endgame mode, new abilities and skills will be available to enhance the gameplay experience.

Furthermore, players can engage with the battle pass and weekly challenges for added excitement. The highly anticipated Season 2 will commence at 5pm GMT, so be sure to have your controllers ready for an action-packed gaming experience.
