“Man Wanted for Sexual Assault at London Train Station”

A woman was sexually assaulted on an escalator and then followed by an unknown man at a crowded train station.

Authorities have shared a surveillance image of a man they want to interview regarding the reported incident at St Pancras Station in the heart of London. The assault occurred on an escalator at approximately 7:30 a.m. on November 22.

According to the British Transport Police, the alleged assailant tailed the woman from St Pancras to a nearby building and attempted to pursue her inside but was stopped.

An appeal has been launched by the police to locate the individual depicted in the image, who could provide critical information for the investigation.

In a statement, the British Transport Police stated: “Detectives are investigating a sexual assault that took place at St Pancras International railway station in November and have released this image as part of the inquiry. On Saturday, November 22, 2025, at around 7:30 a.m., a man sexually assaulted a woman on the station’s escalator.

“Subsequently, the man followed the woman out of the station to a nearby building where he tried to enter but was thwarted. Detectives believe that the individual in the image might possess information crucial to their investigation.

“Anyone who can identify the person in the image is urged to contact the British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, and quoting reference 152 of 22 November. Alternatively, individuals can reach out to Crimestoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111.”

Meanwhile, the British Transport Police issued a warning to perpetrators on their Facebook page, stating: “Sexual offenses will not be tolerated on the railway. We take all reports seriously and pursue offenders. You can reach us via text at 61016 if needed.”
